How can I request a transcript?

Official Transcripts are available for email or mail delivery at a cost of $15 per transcript.  Processing time is generally 1 - 2 business days for electronic transcripts and 5 – 7 business days for paper transcripts.  Expedited shipping is available for paper transcripts at an additional cost.

Note:  Please check your Unofficial Transcript to see if your grade is posted or degree is conferred before ordering an Official Transcript. 

You can order Official Transcripts within your myWalden student portal, following the steps below:

1. Login to your myWalden portal.
2. Locate and click the Records & Registrations link on the left navigation menu.
3. Click Request Transcripts and then select Official Transcript.
4. This will open the Parchment Ordering Service website so you can begin.

If you are no longer a student and do not have access to your myWalden portal, you can also access the Parchment Ordering Service directly from its website.

First-time users will need to create a Parchment account for Walden requests, before placing an order and will be prompted to do so upon accessing Parchment.

Note:  If you have completed any competencies through our Tempo Learning program, please be sure to select “Yes” next to the Tempo Learning prompt.
