Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a security feature that requires more than one type of identification before allowing access to the myWalden student portal. This two-step verification process reduces the risk of sensitive information being compromised should someone gain access to a student’s password. All Walden students will be required to enroll in MFA.
Once added to MFA, students will be asked to authenticate their identity every 14 days when accessing the myWalden student portal and University email via the Microsoft Outlook App.
