I’m in the middle of my practicum and my preceptor can no longer assist. What do I do now?

You must contact your instructor immediately and you will need to cease logging hours until you have a fully approved replacement preceptor on file. You will need to alert the Field Experience Office so they can open a new application for you for the current quarter. Your new application will need to be submitted via Meditrek in the same manner as your original submissions. You cannot log hours with your replacement preceptor(s) until you have full approval.
