If your travel to an academic residency is delayed by one day or less due to weather related issues, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to indicate your arrival delay and your anticipated arrival.
If your travel to an academic residency is delayed by more than one day or cancelled due to weather related issues, please contact Academic Advising to petition the residency. Please include documentation of cancellation from the airline or other transportation source. Documentation can include, but is not limited to, original email from airline communicating cancellation, weather report in area you reside with documentation of weather conditions, and other relative documentation.
