My StatLab works best in Firefox or Internet Explorer. If you are having issues entering your StabLab, try clearing cookies and cache in your current browser or try your class in an alternate browser such as Firefox or Chrome. Here are directions:
To clear cookies and cache in Mozilla Firefox:
Open Mozilla Firefox
Go to the Firefox menu at the upper, left and hover over History – If you have a history menu, go there
Select Clear Recent History
Select Everything from the dropdown menu
Under the Details down arrow, check the boxes next to Cache and Cookies (you can uncheck everything else)
Click Clear Now
Once that is done, close out of the browser completely – close any open Firefox windows and do not save your sessions
Now you can re-open Firefox and re-try
To clear cookies and cache in Internet Explorer:
Open Internet Explorer
Go to Tools at the top
Select Internet Options
In the General tab that opens, select Delete under Browsing History
Delete Cookies and Temporary Internet Files by checking them (you can uncheck everything else)
Once that is done, close out of the browser completely – close any open Internet Explorer windows
Now you can re-open Internet Explorer and re-try
