While students are automatically sent statements following registration for courses, they can also request statements and/or receipts through email.
To request a statement or receipt, email the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Student ID
- Period for which the bill is needed (i.e. Fall 2007)
- Delivery method (fax, email, or mail)
- Delivery information (fax number, mailing address, email address)
Note: Requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt of the request. In high volume periods, such as the beginning or end of a quarter or semester, this may be extended to 72 hours.
