While students are automatically sent statements following registration for courses, they can also request statements and/or receipts through email.

To request a statement or receipt, email the following information to

  • Name
  • Student ID
  • Period for which the bill is needed (i.e. Fall 2007)
  • Delivery method (fax, email, or mail)
  • Delivery information (fax number, mailing address, email address)

Note: Requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt of the request. In high volume periods, such as the beginning or end of a quarter or semester, this may be extended to 72 hours.
