Writing Center feedback typically takes the form of:

  • Comments typed into your document (using Word's Track Changes feature)
  • Comments inserted into bubbles in your document (using Word's comment bubble feature)

Writing instructors may also occasionally choose to use other types of formats such as video or audio clips to enhance their instruction.

You can view sample paper reviews for multiple different types of papers on the Writing Center website as well.

A Writing Center instructor will e-mail you when he or she has reviewed your paper. You will then download your reviewed paper from myPASS (my Paper Appointment Scheduling System).

  • Visit the Paper Reviews page for instructions on how to use the Writing Center's appointment system and to learn more about how to best work with the Writing Center.
