Do I have to wait until I am admitted before I apply for financial aid?

Students do not have to be fully admitted in order to complete the FAFSA application. However, a financial aid award offer will not be made until you have been fully admitted into a degree-seeking program or in an eligible certificate program. Therefore, it is strongly recommended you begin the admissions process as soon as possible to ensure everything is processed in a timely manner.
