Walden does not drop students from current courses; however, students may be dropped from future courses (upcoming courses for which you are registered) due to non-payment.

An unpaid balance can cause a Bursar Hold on your account which will prevent registration in any future courses until the balance is paid. If the balance isn’t paid or if you do not have a payment plan in place, you will receive a financial suspension warning notice about one month prior to the end of the term. If you still have not made payment or set up a payment plan by the end of the term, you will be dropped from future registration and financially suspended/administratively withdrawn from Walden.
