You will be registered for the first practicum course (PUBH 6638) once you have met the following:

*Successfully completed all numerically preceding MPH didactic courses, excluding PUBH 6245. (You may take 6245 with your first practicum course.)
* Submitted all of your practicum application information and documents on time.
* Received notification of approval of your application, including a finalized field site agreement.

* Minimum GPA of 3.0 – no exceptions. If unsure of your academic standing, contact your student success advisor at [email protected].

IMPORTANT:

*You may start logging practicum hours on the first official day of the course provided you have received your practicum approval notice from the Field Education Coordinator.

*Hours incorrectly logged before the first day of the course cannot count.

*You are required to start logging hours within the first two weeks of the practicum course.
