Where will I receive my electronic diploma or certificate?

Your digital credential will be automatically sent to your Walden University email address associated to your student account.  

If you would like a copy sent to a personal email address before you have claimed your electronic award, you may request your digital credential be sent to an alternate email address by contacting [email protected].  

If you have already claimed your digital award, you must submit a request to [email protected] to be issued a duplicate diploma or certificate and will be charged the associated fees. You are responsible for providing the link to access directly to any third parties with whom you’d like to share it.
