If you cannot access your class and you are receiving the message, “Please wait while this module loads”, try these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Clear the cookies, cache, and browsing history in your Internet browser.
Restart your computer and try to access the classroom again.
If you are still unable to access the classroom after clearing your cookies, cache, and browsing history, try to access the classroom using an alternate internet browser. For example, if Internet Explorer does not work, try using Google Chrome or Firefox instead.
