The Doctoral Writing Assessment team will automatically register you for any required writing support courses alongside your program course after you complete DRWA Doctoral Writing Assessment. Here's how:

If you are required to complete only SKIL Graduate Writing II (quarter/semester), then our team will register you for the first available offering of that course after you receive your assessment essay score.

If you are required to complete both SKIL Graduate Writing I (quarter/semester) and SKIL Graduate Writing II (quarter/semester), then our team will register you for the first available offering of Graduate Writing I after you receive your assessment essay score. After you satisfactorily complete that course with an S grade, our team will register you for the first available offering of Graduate Writing II. You will be registered for only one writing course per term until you complete both required writing support courses.
