What is the difference between quarter and semester SKIL Graduate Writing I and II courses?

There is no difference in the content, credit, or length of the courses.  The difference concerns the start date in which the SKIL Graduate Writing I (quarter/semester) and SKIL Graduate Writing II (quarter/semester) courses are offered.
