  1. From the Make a Payment tab of the Student Financial Portal, you will select Credit Card or Other Card if you wish to schedule a future payment. 

  2. Click Schedule to schedule a future payment, as opposed to making an immediate payment. You can pay the current balance or specify a different amount. Only one scheduled payment can be made at a time.

  3. Click the Continue with Payment button. 

  4. Then next to Date to Schedule Payment choose a date, up to 14 calendar days out, to schedule the payment. 

  5. A payment method can be selected from a previously used Card payment or by adding a New Card. 

  6. Click Schedule Payment and then you will see a Payment Details confirmation page. Click the down arrow to download and view a pdf of the Payment Details. Email and PDF confirmations will be e-mailed after scheduling the payment, with the payment amount and date of payment.  

    • Note: If the payment is made outside of the 5 calendar day range you will receive an email reminder that the scheduled payment is upcoming. If you have scheduled the payment within 5 calendar days then you should save the PDF and/or email confirmation for your records. 

    • Note: To view an updated scheduled payment, as well as any past payments or other upcoming scheduled payments click the Back to Account Overview button from the payment screen.

  7. You can edit or cancel the scheduled payments up to 11:59pm Eastern of the day before the payment is scheduled to go through. To edit, click Review next to the scheduled payment. Then click Edit/Cancel

  8. You can edit the Payment Term, Date to Schedule Payment (14 day range will remain the same to the original date schedule), Scheduled Amount, and the Payment Method. Then click Update Scheduled Payment. If you would like to cancel, you will click Cancel Schedule Payment

  9. If the scheduled payment is edited/cancelled, a new confirmation will appear and be e-mailed. 

  10. An e-mail will be sent once the scheduled payment is confirmed or declined. Once confirmed the you can see this information under Payment Activity.
