All you should have to do is insert the cursor after the heading title and before the page number, then hit tab.

The dots between the heading title and the page number in your Table of Contents are called dot leaders. The Academic Skills Center has an online tutorial on Dot Leaders with screenshots that walks you through the process of adding them to your document.

If you follow the instructions on that tutorial and still can’t get the dot leaders to appear correctly, I recommend that you Ask OASIS.
