Unofficial transcripts can be accessed two ways within your myWalden student portal.
You can also access your unofficial transcript through the Charlotte bot. The Charlotte Bot can be used to access your unofficial transcript if you have a Bursar hold on your account. You can locate the Charlotte bot in the lower left corner of your myWalden portal.
Type in “Unofficial Transcript”. You will receive a message indicating your request has been received and your unofficial transcript will be sent to your Walden email.
If you are unable to access your myWalden portal, you can access your unofficial transcript using the Charlotte bot on the myWalden portal login page. Click the ‘W’ icon in the lower left corner of the page.
Select “Unofficial Transcript” from the list of options or type it in the text field. You will be required to verify your identity by entering your Walden University email, last 4 of your SSN, date of birth, and phone number.
After you have been verified, you will be prompted to enter an email address for your unofficial transcript to be sent to. For your unofficial transcript to be sent to a personal email, the email address will need to be on file with your Walden account.
