Where can I get a copy of my CITI (Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative) certificate?

To access your CITI completion certificate, you will need to log-in to the CITI homepage.

Once you are logged in,

1. Click on the ‘My Records’ tab at the top of the screen.
2. Click on the ‘View-Print-Share’ link under the Completion Record column.
3. Follow the instructions on the following page to obtain your certificate.
