From your student portal:

  1. Login to your myWalden student portal and click the Menu icon on the top left.

  2. Select My Information under Quick Links.

  3. From the My Information area, you will select Update Your Password Recovery Email.

  4. On the new page, you may need to re-enter your password.

  5. From here, you will be able to enter a new email address or phone number to assist in your password resets.
