If you do not feel comfortable disabling your pop-up blocker for all sites, you can manage the pages for which pop-ups are allowed.  

In Google Chrome, you can Manage Exceptions by following the steps below.

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. At the top right, click the three dots or three horizontal lines (more).

  3. Click Settings.

  4. Click Advanced at the bottom.

  5. Under Privacy and security, click Content settings.

  6. Click Pop-Ups.

  7. Next to Allow, click Add.

  8. Enter the web address.

  9. Click Add.

In Internet Explorer, you can set up Trusted Sites by following the steps below.

  1. Open Internet Explorer. 

  2. On the menu click Tools.

  3. Click Internet Options.

  4. Click the icon for Trusted Sites, then click the button below the icon for Sites.

  5. Enter the web address.

  6. Click Add, then Close.
