The Walden Student Satisfaction Survey is conducted annually each fall to assess currently enrolled students’ satisfaction with many aspects of the university, including: course instructors and academic support departments, as well as Walden overall.

The survey also contains questions allowing students to indicate their proficiency of program learning outcomes, online tool use, and participation in civic and community engagement.

The goal of this survey is to allow students the opportunity to have their voice heard as the data collected is used by Walden to improve services and make changes to impact the student experience.
