Students are required to earn passing grades in the practicum courses. If you fail your practicum course, you must contact with the Nurse Field Training Office to ensure your application is still okay to re-take the course. You will also need to make sure your preceptor is still available to work with you for the following term. You may not progress forward into another practicum course until you have successfully completed the failed course. Students who fail the same course twice will be academically dismissed from their program.
You will need to contact your Academic Advisor as well for more information about your academic standing.
