Walden has an International Student Advising Team (ISAT) dedicated to working with our students located outside of the United States. International Student Advisors advise students on policies, procedures, and academic programs over the phone, via email, and have begun piloting a Skype program as well. In addition to these responsibilities, the members of ISAT serve as Student Support for international students. ISAT has access to more financial information to answer students’ Bursar inquiries. Members of ISAT also troubleshoot issues with course materials, portal access, and internet browsers. For students living outside the U.S., this “one stop shop” saves time and money.
