If you are having issues entering MyMathLab, try clearing cookies and cache in your current browser or try your class in an alternate browser such as Firefox or Chrome. Here are directions:

 

To clear cookies and cache in Internet Explorer:

 

a)         Open Internet Explorer

b)         Go to Tools at the top

c)         Select Internet Options

d)         In the General tab that opens, select Delete under Browsing History

e)         Delete Cookies and Temporary Internet Files by checking them (you can uncheck everything else)

f)          Once that is done, close out of the browser completely – close any open Internet Explorer windows

g)         Now you can re-open Internet Explorer and re-try

 

To clear cookies and cache in Mozilla Firefox:

 

a)         Open Mozilla Firefox

b)         Go to the Firefox menu at the upper, left and hover over History – If you have a history menu, go there

c)         Select Clear Recent History

d)         Select Everything from the dropdown menu

e)         Under the Details down arrow, check the boxes next to Cache and Cookies (you can uncheck everything else)

f)          Click Clear Now

g)         Once that is done, close out of the browser completely – close any open Firefox windows and do not save your sessions

h)         Now you can re-open Firefox and re-try

 

To clear cookies and cache in Safari:

 

a)         Open Safari

b)         From the Safari menu, select Empty Cache

c)         Click Empty

d)         From the Safari menu, click Preferences

e)         From the Privacy dialog box, click Show Cookies

f)          From the Cookies dialog box, choose all cookies and click Remove

g)         Click Done

h)         Once that is done, close out of Safari completely – close any open windows and exit the program

i)          Now you can re-open Safari and re-try

 

To clear cookies and cache in Google Chrome:

 

a)         Open Chrome

b)         Click the button with three horizontal lines in it – located to the right of the address bar

c)         Go to Tools

d)         Select Clear Browsing Data

e)         Select Beginning of Time from the dropdown menu and check Cookies and Cache only

f)          Click Clear Browsing Data

g)         Once that finishes, close out of Chrome completely – close any open windows and exit the program

h)         Now you can re-open Chrome and re-try
