If you can't access the Walden Library, try these preliminary troubleshooting steps:

Option 1: Ensure that you using the correct information at the library log in prompt. You must use your full Walden email address as your username.  Your password must match your current myWalden portal password exactly.

Option 2: Clear your browser history, cookies and cache and restart your browser. Verify that your browser allows cookies. Most databases use cookies to operate properly.

Option 3: Try accessing the databases in a different browser.  Common alternate browsers include:

Google Chrome

Internet Explorer

Mozilla Firefox

Option 4: Add the library's web addresses to your web browser’s trusted sites. These addresses are: 

http://academicguides.waldenu.edu/library/ 

http://ezp.waldenulibrary.org/ 

http://auth.waldenulibrary.org/

Option 5: Lower the security settings on your browser, security software and firewall. Disable any pop-up blocker software or add the above trusted sites to your pop-up blocker's list of allowed sites.
