For security purposes, our system will lock you out of the portal after 2 failed attempts. To avoid this from happening, please be sure that your caps lock is off when entering your login information. If your password includes numbers and you are using the number keypad to the right of the keyboard, make sure the NUM LOCK is on. If you get locked out, the system will re-set after 15 minutes or you can call the Student Support Team to unlock it for you. For security purposes, we cannot provide passwords via e-mail.
