First, make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash installed on your computer.  You are able to install this for free at www.adobe.com. Note: if you are using Google Chrome, it has an integrated version of Flash already.

 After installing Flash, if you are still unable to view the media, you may need to allow all content to be displayed on your computer.  The directions to do this differs for each browser type and are shown below:

Internet Explorer

A popup window should come up asking if you want to view all content, in this case, you should select “yes”.  It may also ask if you only want to display the content that is secure, in this case, you should select “no”.

 

Firefox

Click on the icon to the left of the URL bar that looks like a plug. From the drop-down menu, select "allow" protection on this page.

 

Google Chrome

Click on the icon to the right of the URL bar that looks like a shield and select for unsafe script to “load anyway”.
