If you cannot access your class and you are receiving the message, “Please wait while this module loads”, try these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Clear the cookies, cache, and browsing history in your Internet browser.

Google Chrome

Mozilla Firefox

Microsoft Edge

Safari

2. Restart your computer and try accessing the classroom again.

3.  If you are still unable to access the classroom after clearing your cookies, cache, and browsing history, try accessing the classroom using an alternate internet browser.  For example, if Microsoft Edge does not work, try Google Chrome or Firefox instead.

If you don’t have alternate browsers installed on your computer, free downloads of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are available online.
