To schedule an appointment with your Student Success Advisor, start at your myWalden portal.

1. On your myWalden Homepage, click Help. 

 

2. Click Schedule an Appointment on the Help tab menu.

 

3. Click your Student Success Advising program degree level under Appointment Scheduling System.

 

4. Choose an Appointment Type from the drop-down menu and click Next.

 

 

5. You will now see your Student Success Advisor’s schedule. Select your Time Zone from the drop-down menu then select an available time.  If you are not seeing your preferred day and time, use the scroll bar at the bottom to navigate to a future day.  You may also toggle the “Schedule with other Walden Representative” to active for additional options.  After you have made your selection, click Next.

 

6. On the “Appointment Information” screen, confirm your “Preferred Email” and “Best Phone to reach out”.  You may edit these, as necessary.  You may also input information for your advisor in the “Comments” field. Click Next.

 

7. On the “Appointment Scheduled” screen review the details of your appointment and click Next.

 

8.  Finally, you will receive confirmation of your appointment on the screen and an email with appointment details will be sent to you at your preferred email.
