Writing Center appointments are different from the traditional appointments that you have with an advisor or librarian. Writing Center appointments do not include a phone call or live communication, so you do not need to clear your schedule, wait at the phone, or pick a time.

Instead, just make an appointment through myPASS (my Paper Appointment Scheduling System) for a specific day and then attach your paper before 5:00 a.m. ET on that day. View these step-by-step instructions and the videos at the bottom of the web page on how to access myPASS and make an appointment.

Then, the Writing Center staff does the rest! Specifically, writing instructors will:

  • Review your document within 2 days of your appointment date

  • E-mail you when your document has been reviewed

Once you receive the feedback, you can look at it at your convenience!
