  1. Go to the myWalden login page.

  2. Click "Can't access your account."

  3. Enter your student email address as the user ID and enter the characters in the CAPTCHA verification image.

  4. Select the "Email" button and a numeric verification code will be emailed to you.

  5. You can now enter your new password following the requirements for change of password.

  6. Click "Finish".

  7. You have now reset your password!
