Make certain you have accessed the Technical Requirements to test the Zoom web conferencing software.

To troubleshoot a specific session, walk through these steps:

  • Once in the Blackboard classroom, scroll to select your cohort (day, evening, weekend).
  • View the residency schedule.
  • Scroll to locate the appropriate day and time of your synchronous session.
  • Click the Zoom session link to join.
