The virtual residency is designed to be a collaborative learning environment. You do have to use audio functions in order to listen and speak. Utilizing audio and speakers ensures you will get the most out of the residency and be able to fully engage in and contribute to the classroom discussions.

Webcams are not required, however some participants enjoy using the webcam for enhanced networking with other attendees.

In order to communicate during synchronous sessions, you can use the live chat function, or speak using a headset and microphone, telephone, or speak directly to the computer.
